Purchased this because I was tired of having to hand wash my dishes after a full cycle in my old dishwasher provided by my apartment. Nothing was ever clean. Landlord wouldn’t provide me with a new one since “it wasn’t broken”. Best decision and best money spent. My dishes are sparkling clean. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The dishwasher itself is beautiful, can go with any kitchen. Love the 3rd rack. It was something I didn’t even know I needed until I had it. The touch display is so easy to use And I love that it’s hidden, makes it looks sleek. The quality is just amazing. KitchenAid isn’t just for mixers! Would recommend to anyone!

Our new home came with a builder grade dishwasher with a stainless steel front, but everything else about it was poorly made. It was loud and within months, things just started breaking off inside. When the hinges broke and the door just flopped down, it was time to dispose of it. We've owned Kitchen Aid dishwashers before and we were always happy with them. After reading how this is the 2nd quietest in the world (only Miehle for $2500 is quieter) and after seeing how well designed this was, it was a no-brainer to get this unit. We've now had it a couple weeks, and we couldn't be happier. It isn't just quiet. It's almost inaudible when running. The shelves are adjustable in height and they slide so smoothly on their tracks. The third level rack is perfect for flat items, like lids and spatulas leaving more space for other things. But really, it's all about cleaning your dishes and to that end, this dishwasher does a fantastic job. The led on the door, glows blue when the dishwasher is washing, red when it's drying and white when it's finished. The stainless finish on the front door seems completely impervious to finger prints! Nice. I'd also like to give a shout out to the delivery and setup person. I've never had anyone install an appliance with such great care and consideration. He even cleaned the space before he installed the new machine and he took the time to walk us through how to use the machine. This is simply a terrific appliance and I highly highly recommend it.

I’m so glad we bought this dishwasher! We were considering another Bosch or doing all Samsung products when we fell in love with the KitchenAid refrigerator. After speaking with salesmen in multiple stores we decided Kitchenaid was the way to go for our new appliances and we don’t regret our decision one bit. This dishwasher is extremely quiet (thank goodness for the indicator light, which is blue when washing, red when drying and white when finished) and though we haven’t used the other cycles yet, the pro sense wash cycle gets the dishes spotless. Note, you don’t have to use the pro dry cycle to get spotless dishes. We hope to get many years out of this baby and the installer said unlike LGs and Samsungs, they rarely ever get repair requests on these.

I upgraded to this kitchen aid dishwasher based on reviews online, consumer reports ratings, and the additional third rack and decibel rating. Let me tell you, this dishwasher is phenomenal. It’s whisper quiet (truly cannot hear it), the design acommodates both large loads and small loads of large items, and best of all, I can stop rinsing / washing my dishes before putting them in!!! I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely buying it again when I move next year... or maybe I’ll take this one with me? :)

Cleans dishes very well cannot even hear it run, don’t have to wash your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher!!!!!

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. I have to listen carefully to hear it when it is running. It cleans dishes really well. It does have a manual filter, but is is easily removed and cleaned. The manual notes it only needs to be cleaned every few months at the most, depending on how dirty your dishes are and how many loads you run a week. See attached picture of manual.

I am amazed at the quietness of this dishwasher! The ease of purchase, delivery and install from the Geek squad was awesome. I was a little skeptical regarding the cleaning process of dishwashers—but no concerns here! Love this product!

Its sooo quiet i cant hear it running unless im right next to it. Very spacious and the 3 rack is a great addition. The bottle washer works great and definatly woth the extra money. I would recomend this to everyone.

We just moved into a brand new home and the dishwasher that came with the upgrade package was not very good so we replaced it with the most amazing kitchenaid dishwasher. . This dishwasher dries dishes like no other dishwasher. It does not leave a drop of water on any cup, bowl plate or plastic ware. It is amazing!

I had to replace my old Kitchenaid dishwasher after 16 years. I really wanted to stick with the kitchenaid brand again. Love the 3rd rack option, super quiet, tons of space. Love the black stainless.

Had it for a few weeks now and it’s great! Lots of storage and extremely quiet (compared to our old one) sometimes I don’t know it’s on. Water usage is also much lower.

We installed it ourselves, because of the efficiency of today's dishwashers, they do have to run longer, much longer than my 15 year old kitchenaid. They dont heat water like they used to. This unit is so quiet I dont know its running.

I love this dishwasher because it has SO many settings. It also has a flat rack above the top level where we put all our coffee cup lids and anything flat! It also has a basket in the back that holds our sons bottle nipples and small kitchen/cooking accessories. The only thing I would mention is that this dishwasher seems to work better with liquid detergent than with cubed powder detergent squares. I also wish it had a lock on it that had to be pushed before the door will open becuase the water and steam get very hot and if you have a toddler it could lead to them getting hurt if they tried to open it mid-cycle.

The door is crooked and hits on right side when trying to shut. Sent back for replacement and replacement was same way. Best Buy says they are all like that. Also install was not straight under counter. Very disappointed.

Purchased this item as out-of-box, along with Best-Buy 5 year protection. Best-Buy staff wrapped it with bubble wrap and loaded it on my pick-up. Unwrapping it at my residence while still on the pickup, I discovered a huge dent at the lower front, stainless steel panel (picture attached). I called Best-Buy to look at it, but they deferred it to Kitchen-aid. Contacted Kitchen-aid and they came to look at it. A new replacement panel will arrive soon. This process has taken nearly a month... I sure hope my 5 year protection plan is worth it.
