What type of RAM does it have? DDR, DDR2, DDR3??? null

This model has DDR3L-1600MHz RAM.

Like the other answer states, this machine comes with 4GB DDR3L-1600. It can run up to 1833 speed if you use faster RAM (this will boost the graphics speed up to 10%), and is rated to accept an 8GB stick. It may work with a 16GB DDR3L stick, but I have not tried it and they cost over half of what the laptop costs. I have not seen any report definitively saying whether that works or not, but I wouldn't be surprised either way.
