• Ignore these clowns telling you to spend more money at BB. It's a relatively cheap computer, don't worry about the warranty. Upgrading the RAM is one of the easiest things you can do. It takes about 10 minutes to remove the old RAM chip from the slot and insert the new one. Just note there is only one slot on the board, so you'll have to buy an 8gb RAM card rather than adding a second 4gb to it.
