Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does seem to drain the battery pretty quick, says 3-4 hrs of battery use depending on what you are using. We are playing games and watching YouTube so we keep it plugged in most of the time.. Only downside to this computer so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try checking if the battery is fully seated on the back of the laptop. You could also take the battery off and check if the electrical contacts are clean. If that doesn't work it is possible that the charger is bad.
