A:AnswerThank you for your question regarding the Yoga 2 Pro, 13" The Yoga 2 Pro DOES come with a backlog keyboard. To access this function you will need to select Fn + the space bar at the same time. This will turn the function on and off. Thank you! Please let Lenovo know if you have any additional questions.
A:AnswerWe're an authorized service provider for most brands we carry, including Lenovo, so you can generally bring devices to your local Best Buy store for service and support. The warranty provided with refurbished items sometimes requires that repairs be sought through a specific party though, and this information would be outlined in the included owner's documentation.
A:AnswerThis is perfectly feasible with almost any laptop, and it is no less true for this machine. Your best bet would be to get some sort of unified receiver (like from Logitech) and then get whichever wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse you prefer. The laptop also has Bluetooth, which is another option if you can find Bluetooth keyboards or mouse.
As for the display, there is a display port on the left side of the machine (not sure if it is mini or micro HDMI) that can be used to output the display to basically any TV or monitor with HDMI support. Lastly you can just plug in any speakers or headphones to the jack on the right.
A:AnswerThe refurbished machine I purchased recently came like-new out of the refurb packaging. No signs of damage, cosmetic or otherwise. You would never know it wasn't brand new.
A:AnswerYes, 3200 x 1800 is considered QHD+, can display 4K videos in almost full detail. This is the highest resolution you can find on a laptop today.
A:AnswerThis Ultrabook is coming directly from the Lenovo factory. There is no way to see that it is refurbished (apart an additional sticker stuck on the back) and the box that is not the "original one" but a brown Lenovo one.
You get the same 1 year warranty and you can buy the same additional warranties available for the "non Refurbished" version.
A:AnswerI do apologize that you are having trouble locating one of these. I am not sure what state you are in, but I checked 3 states in my area and it was available in all of the stores. Looks like the ones we have in stock at this time are in the stores and we are out of them at the warehouse, that is why we can't ship to home.
A:AnswerSee my review for the most common reasons for the glut of returns on this, and other previous gen Y2P UHD laptops.
Users who returned many of these machines were either unwilling or uninformed on how to install various patches that addressed the majority of complaints.
A:AnswerTo my understanding, warranty is still 1 year from purchase, and returns can be made with full refund at any Best Buy as long as it is not a "marketplace" item (meaning it must be directly from Best Buy, not from a 3rd party).
A:AnswerFrom my understanding, Geek Squad people do the refurbishing. I recently purchased a refurbished Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 from Best Buy, had it shipped to my house. Upon opening it, aside from the packaging, I couldn't notice any sign of it NOT being brand new. There was no cosmetic damage whatsoever, and it seems almost like individual components were replaced on previously used chips or other components. All in all, from my experience refurbished products are like-new.
