Yes I would if the configuration met my computing needs. Shop processor first. Match a processor with the type of work you need to do with the system. Add enough RAM to get the maximum performance out of the processor you need to do your work. Everything else comes second to that. The rest is important but secondary to the processor and RAM.

I bought one and would not buy another. It is too slow.

Yes....but maybe not for gaming or professional graphics. For about anything else - yes.
