It works ok for the price. If you have a copy of windows I would recommend formatting hard drive a install windows fresh. Helped speed. Also I upgraded to Max 8gb ram. Will be getting an SSD and that should do the trick to get it to be fast. Good enough for surfing internet and e-mail and word processing. Slow to send data to wireless printer. I would recommend to a person that just uses pic for basic computing.

This computer is great for basic home computing. I am homeschooling my 10 year old and this suits our needs very well

This is the second one I have purchased. Was not happy with the first one because after only 3 months had to replace the motherboard. Although it was covered under warranty it took about two and a half weeks to get fixed but after that if it works correctly and has been working greatly I've had that one now since August 2016. Mom needed a computer cuz she had a house fire. After a few questions about a new models being made and built with better motherboards decided to go well with another one of these brands so far this has been working pretty well and have been running for about 2 weeks now. Very easy to set up and so far this one has been running pretty smooth I will update if anything changes but overall everything does work pretty well with this brand really only use computer to just surf the web for printing out documents and so forth. Bought and set up this computer on December 23rd 2016.

This computer is a good price, but that is the only thing good about this computer. It is super slow right out of the box. I had to install 8gb RAM just to get it to run a little faster than a turtle. After 4 months my motherboard quit. Geek squad was great though. Brought it in and motherboard was replaced. Just got it back, hopefully it will last longer than 4 months.

This small formfactor desk top computer takes up much less space than my old HP. It is fast and has more HD space than I'll ever need

Bought as open box special at a very good price point. The installation was intuitive and the software easily recognized my home network and joined without issue. This is a perfect computer for me as I am not a gamer and do not need a tremendous amount of RAM. Works perfectly for email, surfing the internet and non-resource hogging type applications. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The computer runs great, but the windows 10 is way too confusing and some of the apps don't work. Even with updates. I don't like that to change my password to open my computer, I have to go online. It appears that I have to privacy if MS is involved in my passwords!!

This computer is great for anyone who needs an all-purpose desktop for just about anything you want to do. It doesn't take up a lot of space, so it will fit almost anywhere you need to put it. Plenty of RAM and HD space for most normal activities.

for 200 bucks even you cant expect much from a computer. but for an entry level tower I was impressed. This is great for students homework or just a simple web surfer. I wish it had at least 6gbs of ram. and a 1tb hd but theres a model above this one with that. otherwise all you need is a monitor!

It does everything I ask of it with no issues. Probably not a good computer for gaming.

After only one month of use I am very pleased with the performance of this computer. It is not lightning fast, but it is faster than my old computer and fast enough for my needs which are largely internet search and word processing.

I had been shopping around for a second desktop for a while when I was tipped off by one of your sales reps about the idea of purchasing an open box unit; the price was great and the unit has surpassed my expecttions.

Lenovo computers are cheaper and more powerful then 99% of the systems out there. Honestly for the price you can't beat them. Now for the drawback though. When this doesn't work, it's completely sunk. Good luck repairing it on your own, they use proprietary plugs and parts on the mother board. There's no quick trip to get some part to fix it. I'd say it's not worth it.

Purchased this computer to run a streaming app on and not to use as a desktop. The price was great and I love the external power supply that means there are no noisy fans to deal with. It functions perfectly for what I needed it for but I suspect it would be a little slow for anyone who wanted to do more than surf the web or read email. I also noticed when windows tried to update that there was not enough memory for that to happen, so no updates for me.

It's a great machine for everyday tasks: email, spreadsheets, web browsing and such. If you're looking for a simple machine to get things done, this one seems to do the job.

Seems to be just an ok computer, not thrilled with windows 10, and even less thrilled with the fact the screen goes black for 10 seconds and don't know why?

I purchased this for my mother to play on the internet and write papers using ms word. Easily paired with her printer via Bluetooth. This computer does what she needs very well! Totally worth the money!

We were replacing an old computer and researched what would be the best machine for the best price and chose this one. So far it has worked perfectly for us.

Takes up less space and works so much faster than my old one. Very reasonable price. Easy to hook up.

For my small home office this unit takes up little space and works like a champ, wish it came with Office though
