The computer would shut off, the screen would flash and every program would crash for no real reason. We returned to the store yesterday and they replaced it with no problem since we were still within the first 30 days.

Bought first to replace a computer made inoperable by an unrequested Windows 10 upgrade. I was so happy with it that when we had to replace a second (worn out) computer, I purchased the same model. Both operate fine for our needs - Microsoft Home and Office products, photos, internet, etc.
