I looked at the specifications of the linked system it appears you bought, and it is listed as not having a touchscreen. My guess is there is a touchscreen option available and you didn't pick that model at purchase. When making purchases ignore the marketing mumbo jumbo and jump straight to the specs sheet to see which machine you're buying
