How do you customize the audio? I know there is an Audio Manager, but it doesn't seem to have much you can do to adjust the quality of the sound. null

Besides the audio manager on the device, you can add 3rd party audio controls.  Here is a link to an article with tips for increasing speaker volume within Windows 10:

Right click on the sound icon on the bottom right of the screen or go into control panel and select sound and you should be able to modify it there. Unfortunately it's not going to get much better though. But you can try.
