The maximum RAM for this system is 16GB. There is one slot on this system and it comes with 8GB in it. The hard drive is a Hybrid hard drive, so you have dedicated 8GB of solid state cache memory for the operating system, so you get quick boot up. A certified technician can upgrade the RAM and the hard drive, but all the work must be done by a certified technician so as to not void the warranty.
