Good luck.Geek Squad only got it by chance. That said my experience is make sure usb plug is inserted directly into the pc (back of)Can't verify this but think usb powers both mouse and keyboard. Mouse:Forget about it,at least for me,kept locking up on me so I reverted to wireless mouse from previous pc. Attempting to access Lenovo customer service an exercise in futility. Oh,check/change batteries in mouse and keyboard just in case. Discovered that restarting will solve some problems. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The keyboard should work without needing to turn anything on or any key strokes. Be sure you have the USB receiver plugged in to a USB port on the back (this comes factory installed in the USB port, but it is possible that it could have been taken out) and you put the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse.
