“I just configured new laptop. But speakers not working but headphones do. Although it says drivers and settings are fine but no sound on speakers even after reinstalling sound drivers. Is this a known issue and what is the resolution?”

We are sorry to hear that your are having issues with the system audio within your Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE00NKUS. First, be sure the system speakers are not on Mute. Tap the HotKey in the F1 position on your keyboard to unmute the system speakers, then tap the F3 HotKey to increase system speaker volume. If this does not fix the issue, check the system speaker configuration. To resolve this, go to the Windows taskbar and right-click the speaker icon, select Open Sound Settings and enter audio preferences. In the Output section, click Manage Sound Devices. Select the Output device and click the Test button. Try for each of the audio devices you see until you hear audio.
