“Is this computer returnable or is it from a third party or something? I want to order it though am nervous about the refurbished aspect causing it to not work and we won't be able to return it. Will it be accepted if it's open.”

Best Buy gave me a 60 day return period, but you have to be specific about why you want to return. I thought that was a good and fair deal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will have a limited warranty by bestbuy and also whatever is left of the original manufacturers warranty. Test as much as you can within the first 30 days to make sure it is good and you should be fine.
