QuestionWhat is the warranty?

- Answer I have one year, just as if it were new. You can also buy extended warranties. If you think you might want to use it for a long time, consider the cheaper "refurbrished" model (be sure to get the original sale date) and spend the extra money on warranty. Buying a one thousand dollar computer with only one year's warranty is too big a risk for me. I chose a cheaper one with a longer guarantee.

QuestionIs this computer returnable or is it from a third party or something? I want to order it though am nervous about the refurbished aspect causing it to not work and we won't be able to return it. Will it be accepted if it's open.

- Answer Best Buy gave me a 60 day return period, but you have to be specific about why you want to return. I thought that was a good and fair deal.
