Laptop had what i needed for a new laptop. Not really ever been a fan of lenovo but im impressed by this one. Normally my reviews are alot more detailed but im gonna do a cliff note version. Laptop works very well and no issues so far. Hardware is correctly listed. For those who want to use it for gaming this is an ultrabook and not a gaming laptop. Although i can play world of warcraft on it at medium high specs because intel iris is really good for integrated graphics. RAM is DDR5 the newest standard and is soldered onto the board so no upgrade their but the NVME can be upgraded. I do recommend this laptop if you need something powerful for cheap and dont mind a refurb. I do have some reservations about the longevity of the hinge but time will tell. Reason to remove a star is not really on Lenovo but on bestbuy for this one. The one i got had a vinyl film on top that was an issue and a half to remove. It was covering some cosmetic damage but for a refurb cosmetic damage is to be exspected. Huge pro for me though is the fan makes nearly no noise which is not normal for a ultrabook and in case you’re wondering thermals are still staying low even with the worlds quietest laptop fan. Only time I’ve heard the fan is when playing games. 

My old HP died, so I researched for a couple of weeks. This was a refurb, but looks brand new and has a full factory warranty. It had more memory than I needed, but I wanted the illuminated keyboard. It is extremely fast and I'm glad I went with the Lenovo, it was almost 50% off the price of a new identical model.

It runs smoothly but it is a little on the heavy side, runs hot while charging, and shorter battery life than I expected. It is good overall, just wish I had gotten to see it in person, I purchased it blindly online.

This is a good value purchase. Fast with good memory and storage. The keys are great for typing, although they do make a slight amount of noise. Probably too much for typing in bed beside your sleeping bed mate. Too heavy for easy portability, but the beautiful screen and larger keyboard offset that drawback. At least for me.

Good value for a basic laptop. My wife loves it for cooking along with cooking demonstrations on Youtube while she's in the kitchen.

It is an excellent laptop, very fast and good screen resolution.

This is an excellant product! I have absolutely no complaints. Good computing power, awesome battery life, just overall a solid machine. Highly recommended!

It a good purchase and work well. It may have been out before I bought it but it was basically there.
