Does this come with m-SATA SSD too or just the HDD? Im seing reviews online and most of them have a 128GB m-SATA SSD and 1TB HDD

The Y700 currently sold by BestBuy that has the i7-6700HQ CPU and 8GB of DDR4 memory only has a 1TB HDD installed.
It does have an m.2 expansion slot (at the top end of the internal HDD).
This m.2 slot is most commonly used for an SSD addition.
I would (and will in the near future) add that SSD and save the HDD for data storage. At the same time I will be upgrading my memory to 16GB.
Lenovo has the Hardware Maintenance Manual available for download which will answer most questions about build and hardware.

This model comes with a 1TB HDD (usually Western Digital) and has an m.2 slot for SSD, but that m.2 slot is empty. It is located a short distance from the top of the hard drive.
The case comes apart easy, especially if you follow the instructions from the hardware maintenance manual (download from Lenovo).

Just hdd. Most other lenovos for that have sdd are aroun 1300$ with a weaker graphics card.
