“I having problems with the windows speech . It registers sound but keeps saying try start listening . The computer can hear me. Google recognizes what I say . Cortana understands me to lesser degree. Can you help?”

• check your microphone settings to make sure the settings are at maximum. Make sure the Cortana settings for your microphone are at maximum. Go through the initial set up of Cortana once again.
