There is one USB-c 3.1 port with video out capability. You can connect one external monitor to this laptop. If you need to connect an HDMI monitor, you can use a USB-c to HDMI adapter to do this. This would also work for an HDMI TV as well. There are two standard USB ports on this model. Whether you can connect a GoPro camera to this computer will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the camera. It does not have a inbuilt display port you will need an adaptor. It has 3 USB ports on the same side. I think you can use GoPro
