• At this time, there is not a way to disable the bluetooth feature for your soundbar. ^CP

• You should check your phone Bluetooth settings first and select disconnect from the device or forget device. If that doesn’t work then simply take your remote and press “F” for functions and it should give you a choice of hearing your sound bar through fiber optics, LGTV, or Aux.
