QuestionThe subwoofer keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from the sound bar causing a loss of bass every couple minutes. How can I fix this issue?

- Answer UPDATE: The sub was too close to my router, I moved it to near my couch, about eight feet from the sound bar and router, have had zero problems. Turns out the signal from the router interferes with the signal between the sound bar and sub.

QuestionWhat is the difference between 2.1, 3.1, and 4.1? Which has the best sound for voice from the tv?

- Answer The first number is the number of regular speakers, the second number implies that it has a separate sub-woofer. If you're purely interested in voice, any should be adequate. The extra speakers give you a fuller, more expansive sound experience, making it more realistic, and closer to a movie theater experience.

- Answer You can control some functions of this unit by your TV remote control even by other company’s product. Controllable functions are volume up/down and mute. Press and hold NIGHT ON on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you can control this unit by your TV remote control. To turn off this function, press and hold NIGHT OFF on the remote control for about 2 seconds. Then the standby LED (Red) blinks once and you cannot control this unit by your TV remote control. Your cable remote is not compatible with the SK4D. ^CP

- Answer Regrettably, there aren't any satellite speakers available or a Sound Bar Wireless Rear Speaker Kit available that are compatible with the LG - 2.1-Channel 300W Soundbar System with Wireless Subwoofer - Black, Model # SK4D. It does not have any provision for expanding the system with additional speakers. ^CP

- Answer Regrettably, the LG 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SK4D does not have slots that are designed for brackets that allow you to mount it to your TV. You might be able to find some shelves that you can mount on the wall right under the TV that will be able to hold the unit. These can be found at retail outlets like Best Buy or through online retail sites. ^CP
