will this sound bar work with my tv's remote null

I was able to connect my cable tv remote to the sound bar to raise and lower the volume and turn the unit off and on. I believe you need the tv remote instructions to program the remote.

Yes it will for volume + and -. Full disclosure i have only used it with my 2019 Vizio M Series but it does work.

No, unless you have an Insignia TV. Usually, the remote control that come with TV's are NOT programmable. If you own a universal remote control or have one from your cable company, it should have a programming code for it so then I would refer you to your TV providers website for the programming code and instructions.
