“I am using the sound bar for last 8 months and I was able to control the volume with my tv remote and now it is not working. I am unable to control with tv remote. Any reasons or solution?”

Make sure your internal speakers are off and your audio output is set to optical. Check your optical audio cable to ensure it’s fully seated.
