There are two holes on the bottom. I think it would be possible if you used some sort of brackets that would mount to the bottom and the wall ( L ). It is an unfortunate design flaw. LG could have easily supplied the brackets with this sound bar. That would be the only way the speaker would face straight out towards the viewer/listener.
