QuestionWe bought this LG monitor but only had HDMI cable in box. Connecting it to back of monitor and other end to back of PC does not turn on monitor. Doesn't an AC adapter come with thus? Seens it should. Otherwise thus is useless for our PC. Thanks

QuestionI just set this monitor up and connected it to my HP elite book using the HDMI that came with it. It’s duplicating my laptop screen, and in the display settings does not give the option to extend, yet it has worked with other external monitors. any ideas

- Answer If you are using Windows 10 then try the windows key + P (this is the keyboard shortcut for project). Then you should see all your screen options you are looking for!! Note the windows Key is on your elite book on the left of the spacebar between alt and fn keys. Hope this helps you!

QuestionHi I just bought this monitor for my kid. The I fea was to connect it to the Xbox he has and everything would work great. Only the hdmi I have connected in the Xbox and monitor is not displaying a picture. Do I need additional cords or connectors???

QuestionI have a Nvidia GTX 1070 GPU with DPI port. When I connected to the monitor with a dvi to hdmi cable, it shows no signal. Is this problem of monitor or my PC?

- Answer We will need some clarification on what a "DPI port" is, unless you meant to say it's a DVI port? You will need to check the specifications for your DVI to HDMI cable. That may be the issue. There is no way to determine if there is an issue with your PC or with the 24'' Class Full HD IPS LED Monitor with AMD FreeSync (23.8'' Diagonal), Model # 24ML44B-B. If you have a gaming console that connects via HDMI, connect that to the monitor to see if you get video and that will let you know if the issue is with the monitor...^IFV
