• Hi Barbizon. We regret to read that your 3 week old LG 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven, Model # LWC3063ST keeps shutting off after one minute and will not preheat, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. You mentioned that the oven is three weeks old, has this been the issue for all three weeks since it was installed? Something is definitely wrong and the oven will need to be inspected to determine what the issue is. Have you called Best Buy's Geek Squad who we assume did the installation for you to inform them about the issues you're experiencing with the wall oven?...^IFV
