Q: QuestionDaphne from LG responded to my question with regard to the use of the Metal tray that comes along with the stove but am i supposed to remove the glass plate when i use the metal plate for convection or broiling? Or can i just leave the glass plate?

Q: QuestionWhen Either the oven or the micro dies do I have to replace the whole entire unit or do they come apart and you only have to replace the bad unit.... It can get real expensive replacing the entire unit if only lets say the micro dies, oven still perfect

• A:Answer The oven is combined with one control panel. It is possible that a repairman could repair or replace one unit separately but not easily done. More likely to need to replace the whole combined oven.

• A:Answer There is no plug, just cable that has four wires with connectors. It is a separate cable that comes with it so you have to connect it to the owen and to the electrical source. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionAt the end of heating food in the microwave for only 1 minute, it displays a "cooling time" response for two to three minutes afterward while the fan continues to blow. Is the microwave still cooking or is this just a warning that food is hot?

Q: QuestionI JUST BOUGHT LWC3063ST & LOVE IT. THE ONLY THING I NOTICED THAT WHEN I PUT NY INTERIOR LIGHT ON IT DOESN'T STAY ON. IT SHUTS OFF AFTER COUPLE OF MINUTES. IS THAT NORMAL? IT IS KIND OF ANNOWYING.

• A:Answer The interior oven light automatically turns on when the door is opened. Touch Lower Light to manually turn the lower oven light on. The lamp of the lower oven will turn off after 2 minutes and 30 seconds to save power. ^CP

For the top oven, while using the convection bake mode, it's recommended to use the metal tray as it is designed to withstand the high heat and ensure even cooking. The insulation of these leads is rated at temperatures much higher than the temperature rating of household wiring. The current carrying capacity of the conductor is governed by the wire gauge and the temperature rating of the insulation around the wire. It can be hardwired into a junction box with a 3-Wire Circuit Connection or a 4-Wire Circuit Connection in accordance with your local building codes and regulations or in their absence, with the with the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA No.70- latest edition. The Junction Box must be recessed and conduit connector must be used at Junction Box. The LG LWC3063ST Combination Double Wall Oven does not come with a power cord and plug. It requires a hardwired electrical connection instead of a plug and receptacle. A U.L.-listed conduit connector must be provided at the junction box for the electrical connection. This means that the oven needs to be directly wired to a power source, and a specific plug type is not applicable in this case.
