QuestionHave an LWC3063, and need to know what the cook times are in auto cook mode for each category for the microwave. It doesn’t tell the cook time until you have entered the category, making meal coordination difficult at best.

- Answer No. Modern ovens vent to the inside of the home. Most people love the smells of cooking and don't want that vented outside.

QuestionWhy does my oven shut off after one minute? It will not preheats in any cycle. It is only 3 weeks old.

- Answer Hi Barbizon. We regret to read that your 3 week old LG 1.7/4.7 cu. ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled Combination Double Wall Oven, Model # LWC3063ST keeps shutting off after one minute and will not preheat, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. You mentioned that the oven is three weeks old, has this been the issue for all three weeks since it was installed? Something is definitely wrong and the oven will need to be inspected to determine what the issue is. Have you called Best Buy's Geek Squad who we assume did the installation for you to inform them about the issues you're experiencing with the wall oven?...^IFV

QuestionThe light in upper microwave does not illuminate all the time. I push the upper light button and I hear an electrical click, but the bulb does not come on. The light is also not on when the microwave is running. It does light on occasion though! 1 mo. old

- Answer You can use either a 3 wire or 4 wire circuit connection. This wall oven must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in their absence, with the National Electrical Code ANSI/NFPA No.70- latest edition in United States, or with CSA Standard C22.1-1982 and C22.2 No.01982 (or latest edition), Canadian Electrical Code, Part1, and all local codes and ordinances. This wall oven must be supplied with the proper voltage and frequency, and connected to an individual, properly grounded branch circuit, protected by a circuit breaker or fuse. For the circuit breaker or fuse required by this model, see the rating plate to find the wattage consumption and refer to the table below to get the circuit breaker or fuse amperage. A Microwave Combination Wall Oven can consume up to 7,800 W at 240 VAC. A 50 Amp circuit breaker with wire gauge #8 AWG must be used. ^CP

QuestionI am replacing a Frigidaire double oven. There is a microwave installed above it. Can the microwave on the LG and the current microwave be used at the same time on the same circuit breaker?

- Answer We had a 50 amp breaker for the microwave and oven combo that we replaced with the LG microwave oven combo and the new only needed a 40 amp breaker. We did have to replace the 50 amp with a 40 amp so that we didn’t void our warranty.

QuestionCan I use foil in the upper section when I use it as oven (not microwave) with the metal tray? Like wrap the tray with the foil for easy cleaning? I really could not use it since I'm not sure if it is safe.

- Answer The LG 30 in. Electric Convection and EasyClean Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave in Black Stainless Steel, Model # LWC3063BD has a Microwave touch control that you can press to select the Microwave function of the upper oven. You have to use the numeric keypad to set the cooking times for the microwave. For example, to cook food for 8 minutes and 30 seconds, you would need to press 'Microwave' then to set the time, you would have to touch 8, 3, 0 then touch 'start' to start cooking. The keypad does not have back lighting, but numerals & text on the display panel are illuminated...^IFV
