Regrettably, neither the specifications nor the owner's manual has a chart that shows what the cook times are for each category for the microwave in the LG 30" Combination Double Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave, Model # LWC3063ST. You can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 to ask if they have access to engineering notes that might show the requestedinformation...^IFV
