QuestionCan I put metal cookware on top of the metal tray in the upper oven for convection bake and speed cook? Example, a metal pizza pan to cook a pizza from scratch. The manual is really not clear.

QuestionWhy does the lower oven not have a vent cover to prevent air/heat from oven coming out. When lower oven is on, I can feel the heat coming out while near the oven.

QuestionCan the two pieces be installed separately or do they have to be in one space? My kitchen setup has two separate holes in the wall for the oven with a little 3' wood trim between them.
