• They are on mine. The bleach is in the left front corner as you look down in the machine & the fabric softener is on the left of the soap dispenser that is in the middle of the back of your tub. Did you receive an owner's manual ? ? ? Maybe you are really short like me so I keep a small stepstool in the kitchen at all times :) :) :)

• Yes there is a soak feature under the button "special use". Yes there is a auto bleach dispenser on the lh side under the lid.

• The machine does have an automatic bleach dispenser for regular chlorine bleach. If you're using bleach for colors, like Clorox 2, you just add that to your detergent dispenser along with the detergent.
