“What do you do if the Dry Level isn't working. I set the level of dryness and then it estimates a time and then when it's over, the clothes are not dry. This initially worked but somehow the sensor stopped working? I now have to use the Time Dry only.”

Clean out the exaust tube . Any blockages will cause this error.

In the meantime, as you've mentioned, you can use the Time Dry cycle instead of the Sensor Dry cycle to control the drying time manually.
