• Yes..I don’t have a normal washer dryer hookup. My unit is in my kitchen and have it run off my sick faucet when I do wash.

• its not designed to be a portable unit, it needs a dedicated water hook up and drain, just like a regular washing machine. It DOES NOT however require a dryer vent. It also only needs a 110 Volt plug.
