“I just bought this machine and installed it and after testing the whole wall behind the washing machine is wet and a huge amount of steam comes out of the washing machine and liquefies. I don't know if this is normal?The steam comes from the white part”

I have never had that happen, I’ve had this w/d for about 7 months , and another one prior to this for almost 3 years.
