“Can the washer be on the top and the dryer on the bottom?”

• It probably could but I wouldn’t do it because of the weight difference ,The washer is quite a bit heavier than the dryer. and washer it has a tendency to shake more than a dryer because of the wet clothes inside.

• No, because of the weight of the dryer it is recommended that the dryer be stacked atop the washer. ^Daphane
