we noticed detergent bubble stay on the washer door after each use and felt clothes need further rinse. though we understand this is a high efficency washer that uses min water, this still concerns us that the clothes are not washed clean. any ideas? null

Do not put pod in washer itself. Put it in the detergent dispenser. That solved the problem for me.
