Do not wash blankets, a number of pillows, comforters or other similar bulky cloth things. While they weight 5-10 lbs dry, they effective double or triple in weight when being washed, which creates extreme pressure on the ball-bearings holding this drum parallel to the ground. Washing machine / appliance repair people say - to fix that problem, you are looking at $600-$800 to fix, plus about 5 hours of work and 2-4wks for parts. I know this, as of today... Front loaders are not for anything heavy at all. Ever. If you do - expect a 3.5 year life span. Max. JUST older than the warranty.
