Depends on the size and type of load, and setting you choose. Definitely not 1-2 hours for normal laundry. There’s a Turbo wash that gets loads done within 40 minutes. Love this feature. Couldn’t be happier with a washer if that’s possible.

Being a single person my loads aren't family size. Don't know if that makes a difference. Typically wash and rinse time are 32 to 40 minutes, start to finish

Well, that would depend on which cycle you select. The machine has 14 different cycles.
