  • QuestionWhat other remote controls can I use with this TV? It came with a "Magic" remote that is nearly impossible to use. The cursor bounces around and pushing the Select button moves it away from desired position. Anyone with arthritis will have trouble.

  • QuestionWhy is my screen randomly going black when using my PS5? Its in game mode and the TV is supposed to be more than capable. 4k 120hz. Black screen then HDR logo appears and back to normal.
