“Should there be a styrofoam ring left on the bottom of the washer?? the delivery guys lifted the washer off of the styrofoam base before bringing the washer in the house. after they left, i felt under the washer just to make sure there was no leaking and i felt a circular strip of what appears to be styrofoam surrounding something! Is that supposed to be there?”
