“We purchased this model last December (2023). It washes great and the capacity is fantastic, but the functionality of the dial to select the type of load you want is no longer functioning. Does this model have a 1 year manufacturer guarantee?”

I am the person who submitted this question. I wanted to let whomever answered this question that their advice to view the troubleshooting link worked great. A simple unplugging of the wall outlet, followed by holding the power button for 5 seconds, then the pause button for 5 seconds, then plugging the wall outlet back in worked perfectly. Upon powering up again, the Dial now displayed all the available cycle options. Many thanks!
