Yes, it does, I would be more careful about the switch although.

From your question, it appears that you are aware that the ARC port will not decode ATMOS. If you are running both the Roku and the Blu ray into the HDMI port for sound and channeling video through there ARC port, you should be fine. One of the criticisms the product is that it has limited HDMI ports. Aside from that, my experience has been that it's a great unit. I don't claim to be the expert on this unit. For a definitive answer to your question, suggest pose that question to LG via their customer service.
