“Does a TV have to support Dolby Atmos for Atmos to work?”

• Yes, if you are running the sound signal directly from the TV to the Sound Bar. If you run the sound signal thru a receiver, then to the Sound Bar, then the Receiver will need to support Atmos. I own the Sound Bar, it's phenomenal with or without the Atmos. Very highly recommended.

• From the movie I just watched, Thw Arrival, which has Atmos and Vision, it works great. We have it with fiber not HDMI.
