“I bought this sound bar to get atmos effect. My setup is a 55XBR900C Sony 4k tv,Sony 4k atmos blue ray player,an this LG bar. Sales folks at Best Buy said everything I have work wil get me there. I cannot even get it to go to Dolby with 4K UHD disc. Help.”

Make sure you set the bar to movie mode as it enables the top firing speakers. Also set it to HDMI /optical ARC audio return channel. The rear effect is some what lackluster on this bar and really anything that is not a Bose to throw off your senses. This CAN be solved by using the LG music flow app and getting your self a pair of LG music flow H3 H5 OR H7s they are A bit pricey but it technically makes for a 7.1 system. In the music flow app make sure those other speakers are set to rears.
