“My washer was just installed and they started it to make sure it works and now I need to cancel and I don't see a cancel button. When I pause and restart it just restarts. It won't cancel when I turn off the machine. How do I cancel?”

Have you tried unplugging the machine, wait for a few minutes & plugging it back on? May help.
