“Can you please give some example of cycle time lengths? I.e. Steam Cycle/Normal, Prewash/Normal, Steam Cycle/Sanitary, Towels, Allergiene, Speed Wash, etc.? I read one review that mentioned long cycle times, but LG touts short cycle times.”

I wanted to wash a medium load of towels in very hot water, and I also selected the steam feature. The washer took 3 hrs and 40 minutes to complete and the water was barely warm. These machines do not operate as they are advertised and are not worth even half of what they cost. Mine is going back. If you select the extra water feature, so that all of the clothes will at least be wet, it will add cold water, so there goes ant hot water you might have had. These washers are not so Smart.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cycle times are anywhere from an hour to 3 hours. the sanitize cycle is very long, I think it was 3 hours long, so I set it and left for church. When I returned it was finished!
