I went to Facebook and asked why my brand new washer was squeaking as directed. I said that a LG repairman was coming for the third visit and this is their reply: Unfortunately we are not technicians and would not be able to diagnose the issue you are experiencing. If the technician needs assistance with diagnosing the unit he will contact our tech support team for a second opinion. Just wondering how many visits it will take to fix my brand new washing machine. There is a problem with this model The repairman came today for the third time and replaced the clutch assembly and it is still happening.
