“Samsung recalled top loaders at 1100 rpm and inability to stay in balance causing to malfunction. I also noticed their newest top loaders max rpm is 800. How can I trust and be sure that at 950 rpm the LG top loader won't have the same prob as Samsung?”

The issue was specific to Samsung. The LG models were not affected.
