“I have the 17Z90Q 1T SSD. I want to install another 2T SSD in empty slot . I have removed all screws in the back cover and released snaps across front and back 2 corners. However, in the middle, the back side won't release. How does that release?”

Vanessa, your customer service will not help nor will they put me in touch with someone who will. I love this laptop but your customer service about my issue was really really bad!!! They say it will void my warranty to install another SSD. I don't care... Why make a back that can't be opened simply????
