I am trying to transfer photos off this phone and the USB mode is in charge mode. There is no status bar to change the mode to file transfer. HELP????? null

I also found out the hard way these phones don't do USB OTG transfers. Most phones do, but not this one. USB only charges the phone. No converter, no software, no app, will make our phones be able to transfer files or photos via the usb or any cord. You have to go with Bluetooth or using Google Drive or email them to yourself-- very laborious.
